Lakeview Community Church has once again partnered with Krav Maga NY to bring you a women’s self-defense seminar that is free of charge for women ages 15 and up! We want to give back to the community and equip women to be better able to protect themselves and their loved ones. Krav Maga is a world-renowned self-defense system developed by the Israeli military that enables anyone to be taught how to defend themselves. In the class you will learn strikes, basic combatives and defenses against some of the most common attacks women face.
